Beginner Adult Ballet Class
This class is designed to further explore the Adult figure skater’s artistic side of their skating.
In class we focus on the following:
- Posture
- Arms, Hands, Positions
- Using the eyes, chin, and head for expression and presentation
- Flexibility
- Musicality
- Understanding body alignment
- Fluidity and Grace
- Stamina through holding positions and small jumps

Schedule:
Beginner Adult Ballet Classes (August – May)
Location: All About Dance Studio
Day/Time: Fridays 11:00am -12:00pm Ballet and 12:00-12:30pm Mat Pilates (taught by Jaclyn)
Cost: $25/class paid to Jaclyn
Pricing / Requirements:
Beginning Adult Ballet Tuition: Private Lesson Pricing.
Dress: Hair is to be pulled back off face, no dangling jewelry, skating attire is fine for dress. Ballet shoes are required.
Note: Please meet outside of Ballet studio. Do not enter the room without a teacher. No street shoes are allowed inside the studio, No food or drink is allowed inside the Ballet studio.
